A business Account or higher is required to install tag manager.

Install Tag Manager

Go to:

Settings -> Advanced -> Code Injection

Enter the GTM to the Head & Footer

Contact Form

On the contact form, click:

Edit -> Advanced

within the Post-Submit HTML field enter:
